Refund policy
Returns
We want you to feel confident in every purchase from Be Her.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@beherco.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes:
- Liquid chalk products (e.g. She Grips)
- Skincare and balm products
- Supplements (e.g. She Powers, She Balances, She Builds)
- Grip accessories and personal-use items (e.g. She Lifts care kits, weightlifting tape, callus tools)
We cannot accept returns on these items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@beherco.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
- It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
