Refund policy

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not completely happy with your first purchase of any Be Her product, email us at hello@beherco.co.uk within 30 days of purchase. We’ll arrange your refund and, where a return is needed, send you a free prepaid returns label.

The guarantee applies to your first purchase of each Be Her product, and is limited to one claim per product per household. A household means customers living at the same residential address. For subscriptions, it applies to your first subscription order only.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email hello@beherco.co.uk with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos if you can, and we’ll send a replacement or refund you – whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5 working days of being approved. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.

If you cancel within 14 days of delivery, or your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll also refund the standard delivery charge. Otherwise, delivery charges aren’t refundable.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.
