Absolutely fantastic chalk — I only needed to use it once for the entire session and the grip stayed solid throughout. It performs brilliantly in this hot weather, and the lovely blossom scent is a really nice touch. Highly recommend!
Since purchasing this product, it has been the first time I have consistently used chalk to help aid my workouts, and I don’t know why I haven’t sooner. I’ve found I’m able to lift heavier, and for increased reps, without compromising my form, as I am able to keep my grip for longer, especially as someone who has always trouble with their grip. And a bonus is the gorgeous fruity scent and of course the pink colour💗 I will definitely be repurchasing when I run out, highly recommend!

This is a must have for every gym bag. Smells beautiful and does the job. We used on Saturday for Hyrox Sim. Essential kit for those farmers carry and seriously got us through our first sim. Love this product so much.

I bought some of this liquid chalk with the intention to use it to help with my pull ups - it did not only that but has also come in super handy for other things in the gym that require any sort of grip, my form has improved so much since I started using it and it helps a massive load that it smells so nice, some liquid chalk I’ve used in the past has left me feeling a bit gross but this one feels the opposite! I did have some issues getting the chalk out the first time round as it seemed to have dried a little in the bottle but Delyth was kind enough to send another one to me which I’ve not had any problems with so I don’t feel this is a common issue- probably just me or one unfortunate one! Absolutely love it and the business principle overall highly recommend x
This a an amazing product! I’ve just purchased the pull up project, which gives you a detailed plan to achieving your first pull up. My first attempt of a dead hang was 10 secs without Be Her chalk, second time with chalk 24 secs!! And it smells great too! Highly recommended 😊

perfect addition to my gym bag! So much more convenient to use than regular chalk and I love the clip on attachment. The smell is so good which is a nice change while at the gym 😂 and the fact it applies pink! Girl power exactly where it’s needed 💪🏽
I’ve often used gloves when training, but lately have been going to a class and forget my gloves. I was introduced to She Grips and thought that would work brilliantly as it’s such small bottle with the key ring that I can keep it with my car keys and always have it on me. It’s such a brilliant product, no slippage, easy to clean off, doesn’t stain, smells amazing. Couldn’t ask for more!

Absolutely love this fabulous product and it smells divine! Never used chalk in training before, only in Hyrox competitions but I now have my bottle permanently attached to my kit bag. I now enjoy doing dead hangs much more, as it now not about how soon my palms get sweaty but about actual strength - it’s a winner for me! 😍

Wish I bought this sooner. It smells incredible (bonus points for being pink!) and is definitely needed in this warmer weather. Used this for the first time today and hit 2 new pb’s in the gym, managed to lift heavier and for more reps!! Amazing product.

I have never used chalk before and have been struggling with grip on bigger weights, this is amazing. I really can't believe how much it helps.
