Absolutely fantastic chalk — I only needed to use it once for the entire session and the grip stayed solid throughout. It performs brilliantly in this hot weather, and the lovely blossom scent is a really nice touch. Highly recommend!

Since purchasing this product, it has been the first time I have consistently used chalk to help aid my workouts, and I don’t know why I haven’t sooner. I’ve found I’m able to lift heavier, and for increased reps, without compromising my form, as I am able to keep my grip for longer, especially as someone who has always trouble with their grip. And a bonus is the gorgeous fruity scent and of course the pink colour💗 I will definitely be repurchasing when I run out, highly recommend!

This a an amazing product! I’ve just purchased the pull up project, which gives you a detailed plan to achieving your first pull up. My first attempt of a dead hang was 10 secs without Be Her chalk, second time with chalk 24 secs!! And it smells great too! Highly recommended 😊

I’ve often used gloves when training, but lately have been going to a class and forget my gloves. I was introduced to She Grips and thought that would work brilliantly as it’s such small bottle with the key ring that I can keep it with my car keys and always have it on me. It’s such a brilliant product, no slippage, easy to clean off, doesn’t stain, smells amazing. Couldn’t ask for more!

Absolutely love this fabulous product and it smells divine! Never used chalk in training before, only in Hyrox competitions but I now have my bottle permanently attached to my kit bag. I now enjoy doing dead hangs much more, as it now not about how soon my palms get sweaty but about actual strength - it’s a winner for me! 😍
