Really pleased it came up in my feed as the affect of weight training on my hands was something I was nit happy about. After a couple of uses appears to be working well. Like the look and presentation of the product too. Really pleased with it

I'm a powerlifter and so, so glad I found this! A couple of minutes of work and my hands feel the best they ever have.I think someone else mentioned the pouch being hessian catches on the rough surface so not ideal storage, but it in no way detracts from how good the actual product is - it's saving me from some sad ripped up hands for sure. Have already told all my training friends to get one!

I’ve been looking for a file for my callouses and this is perfect! Its small enough for my tiny hands and fits neatly in my gym bag, plus it looks great and works! Plus had a liquid chalk in the order as a freebie which was a lovely touch and is fantastic. So nice to support a female owned brand! 💖💕

I love this little hand held file, it smooths down my hands so well and is super cute too. Only small issue is the hessian bag it is stored in isn't ideal with the file material, it catches and sticks and pulls the hessian. So I've had to put it in a different pouch. But definitely 10/10 product!

The hessian catches on the abrasive end of the file, and it’s something I’ve realised needs changing. My next batch will have a lined pouch instead.
